  • What is the composition of AGM WPC product?
    AGM WPC product is wood plastic composites, made from a unique blend of wood fibers and recycled plastic. This combination results in a durable and environmentally friendly material that mimics the look and feel of traditional wood, while offering enhanced resistance to moisture, rot, and insect damage. AGM product is special combination of approximately 60%, hardwood fibers, almost 30% polyproplylene, and the rest 10% contains high quality pigments. Our WPC products also contain additives for UV resistance and color stability, ensuring longevity and low maintenance. With a commitment to sustainability, Agmbuilding ensures that our WPC products are made from responsibly sourced materials and are recyclable at the end of their lifespan.
  • What is the composition of AGM Thermo siding?
    A sandwich panel typically consists of three layers, exterior facings, often made of Zn-al Alloy steel or aluminum, that are bonded to a core material, such as expanded polystyrene (EPS), polyurethane (PUR), or mineral wool, and foil papers. AGM specializes in manufacturing sandwich panels with high-quality materials and precise engineering to ensure durability, energy efficiency, and structural integrity for various building applications.
  • Can AGM WPC decking be used around pools or seaside?
    Of course. AGM product does not absorb water, which makes it an ideal solution for area near water. Also, it can be used in marine environments because of its salt tolerance. In addition, our products are burring-free, so you don't worry step on it with your bare foot.
  • What happens to AGM products when the temperature changes?
    Our products are designed to expand slightly with temperature changes to ensure stability and durability in varying weather conditions. Our products are specifically formulated to accommodate these fluctuations, preventing cracking or warping that can occur with traditional materials.
  • Can I paint or stain AGM WPC or Thermo Siding product?
    Yes, but not required. Our product is very low maintenance product and not required to painting or staining.
  • Does AGM product fire resistant?
    We prioritize quality and safety, and the best fire-resistant rate we can carry is the B1 rating. This means that our products are tested and proven to have excellent fire resistance, offering peace of mind to our customers. Our materials are designed for durability, reliability, and long-lasting performance, making them an excellent choice for construction projects where safety and quality.
  • Do I have to drilling before installaiton?
    You need to pre-drill in just a few cases. For example, when you install the deck, you need drill in the deck covering area fro adapting plastic expansion bolt.
  • Can I use a router on AGM board?
    Yes. You can use a router if you are installing a solid profile.
  • Can I screw it like the wood?
    Yes. AGM board can take screws just like the way of the wood and it also has better screw retention than wood. It's just the type of the screw required for each product.
  • Will I need special tools to install the board?
    No. Just normal tools are enough, special woodworking equipment is not required.
  • What kind of fasteners should be used with AGM product?
    Normally, stainless steel fixings are high recommended, AGM product should be fastened by using approved standard fixing systems.
  • How to install the board considering different weather conditions?
    AGM product can adapt to various weather conditions. Ordinarily, the board will shrink in hot and expand in cold temperatures when installing. We recommend to put boards in the working spot 48 hours before installation so as to make it adaption to the weather.
  • Can I use AGM product for load bearing applications?
    It is not recommended to use AGM WPC product in structural applications even though it can be used. It's best left to a structureal engineer to design any load bearing structures.
